Kevin DiPatri
President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO)
Kevin retired as Regional Commander of the New Jersey State Police in 2012 at the rank of Captain after twenty-five years of service. While serving in this position, he was responsible for the General Police Functions and Police Operations in twenty-two municipalities throughout the counties of Salem, Cumberland, and Cape May.
DiPatri has extensive training and experience in the following disciplines: Incident and Crisis Management, School Safety and Security, Response to Critical Incidents, Counter Terrorism Strategies, Planning, Facilitating and Evaluating Training Exercises, Conducting Security Assessments and Surveys of Infrastructures, as well as developing and providing instruction in all of these areas.
He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Law and Justice from The College of New Jersey, and a Master of Arts Degree in Human Resource Training & Development from Seton Hall University. DiPatri is an adjunct professor at Farleigh Dickinson University and teaches at both the Graduate and Undergraduate levels.
James H. Mullins III
Vice-President, Chief Operating Officer (COO)
James Mullins, III is a retired veteran of the New Jersey State Police, with 25 years of service. He retired as a Lieutenant (Station Commander) in the South Jersey region in 2013.
Mullins’ experience includes being a Nuclear Security Training Instructor for PSEG Nuclear, LLC, a Salem-Hope Creek Nuclear Generating Facility in Salem County, N.J. He is a dedicated, hard-working, trustworthy leader that embraces team building to unify personnel to achieve goals and build morale.
Mullins specializes in providing and designing customized training and professional development programs for emergency response and preparedness. He has attended over 30 specialized schools concentrating on the technical and specialty areas of: Firearms, Critical Incident Response and Mitigation, Incident Management, Homeland Security and Counter-Terrorism Strategies, Operational Planning, Crisis Exercise Development and Evaluation, and Conducting Security Assessments of Vulnerabilities for Critical Infrastructures.
A consummate professional with a reputation for integrity and delivering results in fast-paced, high-stress environments. He is a graduate of Fairleigh Dickinson University where he earned a BA in Public Administration.
